1. General provisions
1.1 the operator of automatic pipe cutting machine must be trained and qualified for examination.
1.2 they must abide by relevant national laws and regulations.
2. Preparation and inspection of equipment before the operation.
2.1. Check the power supply, ground wire, air pressure line, coolant, lubricating oil and all parts of the fastening bolts before starting up.
2.2. Check the conditions of the workplaces before the machine to ensure the safety of the operators and equipment.
2.3. Check whether the safety protection device of the machine tool is in good condition.
2.4. Check whether the direction of the serrated direction is consistent with the arrow on the cover.
2.5. Check whether the cut material meets the requirements.
3. Normal operation
3.1. Method of startup.
3.1.1. Turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, turn off the emergency brake switch, and turn off the speed-regulating valve.
3.1.2. Adjust the cutting stroke:
3.1.2.1. Press the start button or step on the footswitch to make the machine head empty.
3.1.2.2 Press the drop button in the manual mode screen of the touchscreen. Press the drop button in the manual mode screen of the touchscreen. Turn the feed speed valve slightly, and the head slowly sinks until the end of the saw blade. Close the feed speed control valve immediately, stop the machine head up and down, and screw the lower stroke adjustment bolt up to the limit. Then slightly unscrew the speed control valve, and the machine head slowly moves up and then closes the valve until it is 20 mm above the cut so that the machine stops rising, and the upper stroke bolt is screwed down to the limit.
3.1.3. Put the material into the clamp, and after using the handwheel clamping material, loosen the half-circle handwheel and lock the nut. Pull the material to one side of the clip (the object is not jagged) and press the start switch to check whether the clip is clamped.
3.1.4. Input the cutting length and press the running button to start sawing.
4. The parking
Press the shutdown button on the device and close the total power supply.
