Common Problems of Semi—Automatic Round Bottle Labeling Machine
Ⅰ. The position of labeling is unstable
1. It is likely that the pressure on belting is not good, causing the marking tape to loosen and electric eye to be wrongly detected. The problem can be solved when pressing the label tightly.
2. The traction mechanism is probable to skid or there is no enough pressure that the body paper cannot be brought away smoothly. The problem can be dealt with if pressing the traction mechanism tightly. But overdoing it will stretch over the label, so it is better when it can pull the body paper normally.( Generally, when the paper pulls out wrinkles, it proves that the pressure is too large.)
3. The shapes of tagged objects are different or the location is not the same. To control the quality of products.
4. The direction of the tagged object should be parallel with labeling tag. ( Pay attention to the tag if it is in the wrong place. The standing bar on the left can be adjusted to be higher than that of the right side.
Ⅱ. The marking tape is in the wrong place
1. The belting is too tight, leading the wrong place of mark tape, so it is better to alleviate the intensity of pressure belt.
2. If the marking tape is not adjusted before the automatic operation, then to readjust it.
Ⅲ.The quality of labeling is not good, having bubble or wrinkles
1. The label covers not completely, to slow the speed of labeling.
2. Maybe it is a transparent label or the label is too soft.
3. The gravity of covering the label adjusts improperly, so it needs correcting the intensity again.
4. The beginning position of labeling wrinkles, which is likely to be led by the over the softness of label. When the label is stretched out, it is bent to raise the position of the strip as close as possible to the product.
5. The front and back of the label are not aligned. Thus, to adjust the tilt of stand bar to allow the product to be perpendicular to the direction of the label. Through screw1 and screw3 to adjust the inclination of the stand bar2, so as to emendate the connection error of the label's head and tail.
6. During the process of labeling, the product is moving in the other direction, it is supposed to elevate the support base slightly on the left.
