Common fault treatment of screw feeder
Ⅰ. Screw feeder blocks:
1. Reasonable selection of various technical parameters of the screw feeder, such as slow spiral conveyor's speed cannot be too fast.
2. Strictly obey the operating procedures, and achieve no-load starting with no-load parking; ensure continuous and uniform feeding.
3. Increase the outlet of the material or the end of the extender to solve the problem that the discharge is not smooth or has no time to discharge the material. At the same time, it is possible to install a small counter-rotating blade at the end of the feeding slot to prevent the end blocking.
Ⅱ. The screw feeder drives the motor to burn:
1. Screw feeder transports material in solid block materials or small iron mixed with the jammed reamer, and the current surge is increased sharply, burning the motor. The processing method is to prevent the small iron into and make the reamer and chassis to keep a certain gap.
2. The incoming material is too large, and the motor is overloaded and burned. The treatment method is to feed the material balancedly and deliver the materials before the shutdown.
Ⅲ. Screw feeder's shell shakes:
Screw feeding machine is installed with different spiral center line. Eccentricity of the shell when running, makes the shell shake. The method is to reinstall the center line.
Ⅳ. Screw feeder overflows:
1. The material moisture is large, and it is assembled in the spiral hanging bearing and gradually thickened to make the incoming material not easy to pass. The treatment method is to strengthen the raw material to dry.
2. Debris in the material cause the screw to be blocked, and the treatment method is to stop the machine to clean the debris.
Ⅴ. Spiral blade tears for screw feeder:
Because raw materials in the foreign body can cause damage of spiral vane, seriously when screw blade and screw axis desoldering welds, form the spiral blade tear and damage to improve the quality of spare parts and the intensity of spiral vane. The spare parts to ensure the consistency of the blade when it is producing, compact and reliable welding seam, avoiding defects such as slag inclusion, porosity, ensuring the welding quality, improving the strength of the screw shaft and the shaft simultaneously.
